Vineet Bhatia, again

But this is my first time cooking this beauty in France.  I have my spices.  I am a happy bunny.  Fennel tomato sauce, pea and fennel tikki, served with pork loin.  Brussel spouts for freshness.   crispy potato skins, and just beautifully balanced.  Yum.  Very happy to have my spices and I've found a local source too.  Any old time, to be able to knock up a Vineet Bhatia even in France, makes me a very happy girl indeed.
