Pork cut through the leg joint.

Pork is cheap here in France.  And it is very very good too.  Having spent over 9 years in a Muslim country I have a huge respect for pork and all pig products.  I have huge respect for Islam too.  Of course.  But to be now able to freely access pork, it's a luxury I do not take for granted.  

This particular piece cost 3euro.  It's frigging 2.5kgs.  It's a gorgeous cut.  We've done it before on the fire outside.  So this time outside is not in question (it's forecast to snow) so it's coming inside.  

Andy's gonna cook this number.  So no pressure babe.  BUT there's no way we are eating the whole thing.
