Christmas dessert - baked raspberry cheesecake, spiced cookie, raspberry sorbet and blackberries

First things first, I've never ordered a baked cheesecake or made one.  This recipe just sounded yum.  I bought some AOC Creme fraiche from the north west, 40% minimum fat.  They were just little cheesecakes to (try) and keep things light.  But in fact there was enough.  They were superb, lemony, full of rich fatty French slightly soured cream, raspberries, lightly sweetened, served with a gorgeous (bought) sorbet, a lovely spicy buttery spice biscuit I had made for the neighbours and some simply cooked baby blueberries.  YUM.
