Katya take note, the most perfect vegetarian dish.

 Cooked by Andy.  Roasted Jerusalem artichoke and langres cheese ravioli with burnt butter, roasted cauliflower. White wine reduction, tarragon.....  The cheese is from a village (where we bought our furniture for this place) an hour away and we took K to.   We've been venturing into the cheese here.  Frankly, to be able to buy these AOC cheeses at these prices is a gift.  No kidding, unreal.  And this dinner Andy cooked was utterly sublime.  Thanks babe.  But a serious heads up to K on this.  Vegetarian though and through.  Divine.
