So he made these gorgeous bloody sponge cakes. Genoise sponges are relying on egg to rise the tiny amount of flour used, so this is a technique driven job. And he actually managed to pull them off ...making them individually !!
And He (i.e. HE) then split them, filled them with berry ice-cream (the good stuff), fresh berry, freeze dried berry, .........ummmmm yummmmmmmmm
