Indian. Duck. Yum

A Vineet Bhatia dish.  Apricot chutney, spiced duck breast,  spiced cabbage, coconut and potato khidchi, utterly incredible.  5 euro (for 2) on the duck.  The rest pretty much free.  It would have cost a fortune in a restaurant.  Yay to having an incredible spice basket I brought in from Dubai and have found a supplier online here to top up.  To include Perigord duck with this dish?  A luxury beyond words.
