Andy's raspberry soufflé

 He is so very clever is my Andy.  I had 2 egg whites in the fridge.  He knocked up a  berry soufflé.  It was as light as a feather, it was a dream of berry melty fluffy stuff and the ice-cream from the shop was unreal.  Heaven.
