Pumpkin Ravioli with Sage and Beurre Noisette ( burnt butter sauce)

She ain't the hugest pumpkin fan on the planet but Andy's pumpkin ravioli with beurre noisette is hands down scrum.  They served it with roasted fennel.  I didn't get a photo!  But it looked amazing, tasted even better.  She has that pasta maker at home she bought (was it Juanitz or Mark not sure, but basically means she bought it for herself so no excuses now).   Clean plates all round you'll note in the final photo.....
