Hibachi rabbit

 It's impossible to see how really utterly delicious this was.  The rabbit legs were goey and bloody delicious from the charcoal. The wee potato salad, tomato and basil salsa with tarragon, all from the garden.  With a very heady miso caramelised onion puree.  It was bloody scrum.  Oh yeap and finished off with  a little iberico bellota.
