Duck breast tonight

Perfectly rendered skin. And check our my scoring of the skin.  I'm quite proud of the way I score duck breast, I use my fish knife and score it semi frozen.  A kidchi rice, fennel and tomato sauce (Rasoi cookbook, Vineet Bhatia) roasted tomatoes a little lettuce from the garden and that gorgeous French duck.  Yum.
