Beef tartare...Andy style

 He hardly ever cooks....but when he does it’s bloody extraordinary.

Entree of beef tartare , dijon mustard and tarragon mayonase, a little dehydrated jeruselem artichoke crips and broad beans.  With some incredible T110 bread (being the bread nerd in the fam I did the bread), toasted and rubbed with garlic at the end. 

Seriously Andy.  I am getting you to cook more often.  Sublime. Beautifully balanced, textured, salt, umami, everything.  Gorgeous.  Thanks babe!  A heavenly evening.
