It was glassy on the bottom from the fat extracted from the chorizo and a very thinly rolled base (thank you Andy๐๐) The topping was potato, caramalised onion, sage and savoury from the garden (savoury is an amazing herb), cheese and as above, caramalised onion and chorizo. With whole home grown tiny acidic cherry tomatoes. Yum yum yum..... YUM.
