Sea bass, star anise pickled cauliflower, rice wine pickled cucumber, leek cauliflower puree and dill...

It's a gorgeous mix.... I did adhoc on this dish.  Figuring some star anise and sherry vinegar pickling liquor would complement cauliflower (it does), the tartness of cucumber pickled with rice wine vinegar to add extra acidity (it did), the sweetness of leeks and cauliflower to make a puree (of course) and fresh sea bass with the anise of dill....yum.  Khalas (arabic for done).
