Celeriac risotto......with caramalised cheese and savory flowers

There was also blue cheese underneath, a little bit of celeriac puree and tiny pieces in the risotto itself. YES,  we are seriously enjoying our takes on risotto, especially with the caramalised cheesy bits on top.
