An incredible one day sourdough

I've been experimenting with my sourdough over the past few months.  This was a one day loaf.  I  did a loaf the day before so I had unfed starter, therefore I fed my starter the day before, added the unfed (normally discarded) starter back into the dough.  Re-did my ratios.  It was a gorgeous result.  Andy scored it perfectly.  The lame he made for me is perfecto.  We are enjoying a few changes in my sourdough.  For a one day loaf, this is incredible.
