Pork Vindaloo....

This was utterly delicious.  Slow cooked on the fire all day.  Andy toasted and ground the masala, browned onions for ages, with tamarind, fresh tomatoes and vinegar with huge chunks of pork.....absolutely delicious served with crispy flat bread, turmeric basmati and green salad.  






Little Nudge found a piece of butter.... He loves butter, but then again he's French.
